Will IT24's work on a Marauder? Any difference?

IT24s will be WAY too cold...the IT16 is the stock plug, while some tuners recommend IT20s with their particular programming...the blower plug is an IT22...(note: there is no IT18)

Thanks a bunch. I found someone offering some on another forum but I had doubts that they would work.

Very expensive plugs as well.

$10+ per plug is ridiculous.

The Motorcraft equivilent to the IT-20 is the AWSFA12C. Difficult to obtain through the run of the mill parts stores, but easy through your dealer, and even cheaper through OUR member 'DEALER'.

And at about $33.50 a SET, they work wonderfull if you have your tune set to take advantage of the cooler plugs.

Absolutely not.

The part number just baffles the clerks at Autozone. :baaa:

Will IT24's work on a Marauder? Any difference?I purchased the IT20's from Dennis along with his tune and cooler stat, my MM. responded with excellent 1/4 mile times. I cannot tell you that the Denso's are much better than the cooler Motorcrafts because I have no way of proving it.

You already are aware the Denso's cost about 3 times as much, having said that. The Denso's were part of a package that propelled my car to very respectables times and good dyno results, I have no regrets about the Denso's.

I appreciate the input guys. I'm emailing DR about this.

FYI- '04 Silver MM purchased off the lot May 31st, 2004. Currently about 8700 miles.
SCT XCal2 & tune from DR
--Future mods?--
Well, obviously some plugs & thermostat
PHP airbox from DR
PHP Intake Spacer (a big IF because I can't get a good handle on if it does anything noticeable)
Meziere Water Pump
Steeda UD Pulleys

BTW - I just can't bring myself to change out for 4.10's. I'm really not concerned w/ dragging, just getting HP
