I found this picture of what looks like a factory interior shot and I'm curious what the center display looking thing is. I'm refering to the area between the radio and the climate control unit.
I'm a new owner of an '04 w/ 10,500 miles and have just joined this club. On my car and in the factory sales brochure there is nothing to resemble this.
Does anyone have a guess?
Just courious? :help:
Thanks...

Mike - Welcome aboard. Enjoy your new ride. :D The clock was encorporated in the radio on most 2003 300b's and all of the 2004"s.

Thanks... How's the supercharger??? A friend of mine sent a video clip of aTrilogy equiped car doing a burnout. It's hilariously fun to watch. I was trying to find out where to purchase one. I went to Trilogy's website and it didn't list dealers. I'm in AZ as my login name suggests, but haven't yet really found anyone local. I've only had the car a few weeks so I've got more searching...
As an everyday driver, does the SC make sense? Does the fuel mileage suffer if you don't stand on the throttle???
Thanks for the earlier quick response... This site is already proving to be worthwhile..

Welcome to the site. Just do a search on super chargers. There are 2 different types and 3 different kits to chose from. The one you chose depends on what you want to accomplish. Good Luck!!

EDIT: fastblackmerc beat me to it, but here's my response anyways: :)
Give Trilogy a call. They'll give you the full details. There are two other S/C choices out there: Procharger and Vortec. All three are vendors here on the site. (Trilogy, Procharger through FIT and Vortec through Reinhart Automotive) Quite a few MMs are S/C'd and are daily drivers. If I had the $$$ I'd be S/C'd right now.
Do a search on them, and PM some S/C'd members. S/C's can be a touchy subject here. Good luck!

SWEEEEET! It's weird, though. I seem to run the most boost at around noon and midnight, then it drops off sharply.

Actually, the radio is the same - the clock is just disabled on the cars with the separate clock.
Some have used the space for .MP3 player controls, etc. and activated it.
It's amazing what you can find out by searching this site.

Welcome, MarauderMike...
As others have said, you're referring to the in-dash clock...it was that way on early-build 2003s and deleted on late 2003s and all 2004s.
As far as your supercharger question about gas mileage, my wife and I recently came back from a 1600-mile round trip and we averaged 20 mpg at 70-75 mph...our best on a single tank was 21.2 mpg...this is with the Trilogy blower, 4.10 gears, and a bunch of luggage and souvenirs. I think the highest we EVER got when the car was stock was 23-24 under the same conditions (minus the luggage), so you can see that if driven conservatively, the difference is not great.
