Well.....I thought the spark gap being too wide was causing a very slight "bucking" when the TC is locked (at cruise with no acceleration)...almost like a very slight miss fire??

For kicks I went back to the "Stock" tune and Holly Crap what a horrible transmission management program....I FORGOT JUST HOW BAD IT WAS!!! :mad2:

Anyway it still does it ever so slightly.....so I cleaned the MAFS....No help!! :argue: Checked the TPS with an ohm meter and not knowing the values it looks OK with no "bumps" in it??

When it is jerking a bit very slight acceleration eliminates it......Any ideas??

The engine runs very smoothly and no audible missfiring....This only happens when the TC is locked and is most noticable at 45-55 MPH. Below that speed requires a bit more throttle and above 55 MPH the RPM's are high enough that it feels smooth?? Beats Me!!! :argue:

I had a similar condition not long ago, turned out to be air leaking into the induction path after the MAF, and it starts a cycle in air/fuel corrections that wouldn't stop unless I backed out of the throttle, or, increased it ever so slightly. But it would start up again as soon as the speed leveled out. Cruise control wasn't a factor, it happened with or without it.

How did ya fix it Sarge?? Marauderjack  The leak developed from a broken hose clamp. If you have any aftermarket induction bits, wouldn't hurt to check them over for leaks.

Well........Darnit!!

As life deals these crazy problems...so are the fixed!!!

I ain't got a clue....but I took of the air tube from the MAFS to the TB and looked for cracks.....NADA!! ;)

Re-installed and no more "Jerky"....Beats me but it seems to be gone as mysteriously as it occured??

Only thing that might have happened is that possibly the tuner cleaner that I squirted in the TPS may have actually penetrated past the pins and cleaned it up a bit??

Whatever...for now it seems to be fine....stay tuned!! :bows:
