I have a line on some takeoffs with 300 miles on them from an 04 Cobra header. As I understand it, this is a direct fit.
What about the gaskets. Do you just reuse what's on the MM? SUggested replacements?

Yes, you can reuse your exhaust gaskets, but you'll need a fresh crush sleeve for the EGR.
I take it you have someone in mind to fabricate the rest of the exhaust system?
The manifolds will bolt right on and you can reuse the old gaskets.
It WILL NOT bolt up to the rest of the system.
The brass compression ring is 1/2"

I can get the whole exhaust including Cats, etc. Is this worth messing with? I was thinking I'd just get the proper high flow cats, and X pipe and some mufflers of my choice and have someone plumb it. thoughts? h

Use Ford gaskets, not aftermarket. If the old ones are not bad you can reuse them.
