Best 1/4 - 14.505 ( with a .5 reaction time, maybe a 14.3 possible?)
Best 1/8 - 9.2
Best 60' - 1.995
Best R/T - .144
Ran consistent 14.7-8's. I ended up with tire pressure at 25 lbs , i actually think i was getting slower as I dropped pressure. But then again i didnt practice it too much. I tried revving to 2800 intead of my normal 1800 and the stagin took forever, Off the line i was bogged down and the O/D light was BLINKING, needless to say i got off and coasted through. Waited a few minutes and made another pass and it was ok. Any one know what happened? Thanks alot Lewis ( bulldoginu) for meeting me out there, he ran a 14.33 :banana2: , i forgot how much I like drag racing. NOS goes in monday :D

Nice runs!
Thats a fantastic 60' time...but it's not consistant with your ET. Check the timeslip page and compare the ET's of other cars that are cutting 1.9x 60' times.
This is why I find drag racing so interesting. My best time was a 14.2 with a 2.1 60'. Ive also run 14.50's with a horriffic 60' of 2.3.
This is just speculation, but I'd think your awesome 60' time is because of your mod list, especially the torque converter, and your average ET is because of the altitude you're racing at. McCarran International Airport sits at almost 2,200 ft msl, add in some desert heat, and bingo...14.50's.
You should do an experiment just for $h!ts and giggles, and make a few passes at, or close to, sea level. (if you can of course) I bet you'd be surprised what your car runs at sea level.

His 60' time was correct(I raced against him so I have the slip). We both have 3000 stall converters just different brands, and I have more mods than him. My best run last night was 14.33 @ 95.53 with a 2.12 60' time. I did have 3/4 of a tank of fuel though, but I had drag radials- he was on street tires. I was very impressed with LVMARAUDER'S racing last night and I also had a lot of fun.
LVMARAUDER, multiply these numbers by your time & speed to correct to sea level: .9757 x e.t. & 1.0255 x mph these are from NHRA.com for Las Vegas Motor Speedway 2100'.

I don't doubt that at all. My point was, I think both of your cars at sea level would possibly be flirting with 13.9's

LVMARAUDER,
You probably overheated a shift solenoid leaving it up on the converter for as long as you did. Next time wait for the other guy to stage first.

You are right, my 14.33 equates to 13.98 @ sea level
For LVMarauder;
Did you use your nitrous? If so what "pill" 75,100 or 125?

Nitrous goes in monday, this was my last blast down the track NA trying to see what time i can pick up with the NOS. Im going to dyno tune with nitrous and have tunes for 75 and 100, I've been advised by several people whos opinions I respect not to do the 125 and I agree.
It would be very helpful if you would post the results of your dyno tests.
I don't have access to a dyno here but I'm ready to spray as soon as my Denso's arrive. I've read many of the posts here and my general impression is that the "100 pill" is safe with a stock tune or even the popular tunes on the market via a hand held tuner.
I plan on backing out some timing and going a little rich for starters and read plugs as the secession progresses. My ride along mechanic will be with me in the cockpit monitoring things. I'm probably being overcautions but better safe than sorry. Probably in about two weeks I'll hit the strip, they are having special events now, then Test and Tune secessions start again.
