Yesterday I was cruising down Rt 1 late at night, maybe 11:30ish. getting miles on the LSD so I can take it to the strip soon. I get to Princeton and pull a U-turn. I'm at the light waiting to get back on RT 1 north to get back home, a newer Grand am GT sits infront of me.
Light goes green and we start the turn onto Rt 1, he takes his time and gets into the center lane, I swing into the left lane giving it some gas. Not alot but enought to get by him and up to 55. Now he's 2 car lenths behind me, when I notice his headlights gaining on me, a sheepish smirk came on my face, the road was practically abandoned, perfect.
I wait for him to get alongside, we're doing about 60 at this point, I allow him to get a good car lenth Jump on me then I nail it, Car downshifts Hard (I love my tune:D ) And Starts to Rapidly closing the gap, I blew by him like he was standing still at 90 and the distance only increased.
A good win for my newly moddified CV. :cool:
Later I was In a on going cat and mouse game with 2 really hot chicks in a 99+ Cougar, Showed them what a real car could do. Afterward, when I was turning off, they drove by slowly on the horn to get my attention, One of them leaned out the window giving me a thumbs up and cheering me:o
