With the "Sportsman Tree" you stage just like in the Pro Tree but the three amber lights and the green light "march down" in sequence at .5 second intervals. The goal is to anticipate the "green" and be as close to the .5 second interval as possible. Anything under the .5 second interval is a red light. Press the "stage" button, and the yellow pre-stage and stage lights will come on.

If my roommate goes we'll probably leave my apartment in the early AM, I dunnot, maybe 715ish?

The Mustang guys are convoying from Chantilly, but they're leaving there at 715, for me to drive out there and then ride up with them it'd be a longer drive and add about 30-40mins to it...I haven't decided if it's owrth it to convoy.

I, like you, have some obligations pending for Saturday... :o

Yeah someone here at work has been taunting me for the last hour about how it's going to rain, it's not making for a fun day, lol.

I told them I don't listen to the weather, I'll wake up at 6am on Saturday, if it's raining I'm staying home, if not I'm out the door.

I can't believe we have a drought all summer and then rain on nearly every event day...*sigh*

Any idea if they'll rain date or will that be it?

Badger
10-20-2005, 10:16 AM
I'll do the same Breadfan. If it's raining out on Sat...back to sleep I go.
If it's not raing Sunday they are having something going on at MIR.
Anyone else interested?

We should be able to have an idea by friday evening as to what we are dealing with. If it rains all night friday then the track will not dry in time for the Shootout. We will be looking into a make up date here soon.

I was an inch away from making the trip. The car is ready, maps were printed, and the weather looked good for you folks...

We're expecting snow tonight. It was a balmy 63 degrees yesterday. It's windy and in the 30's today.

I put the snows on the Vicster. I covered the Marauder...it's not plugged in yet, but it is covered.

I have have succumbed to the reality that winter is here for the next 4 months.:(

Next year folks. November is just too unpredictable this far west of you guys.

What about Mike vs. Charlie II? Now how am I going to put your cooler in Mike's car to weigh him down for you if you are not going to be there?

Once he learned I was on the "bottle", he chickened out. :burn:

Hey Charlie, Barb & my regards to Chuck & the family, let him know he's still on our prayer list. :)

Sorry to hear Cruz that you are not coming to join the party, maybe next year. Oh another topic, who is going to bring a heater or a spare car.

Well it looks like neither Chris nor I will be racing this year. We might be a little late, but we will be there to cheer the Marauders on. So see everyone tomorrow.

I should be there atleast to spectate, unsure if I'll run the Marauder, I may save the money as I've got a few things in the works, may sit and watch this time around. :)

Hi Guys,

Sorry I missed the meet:( . Really wanted to make this one .... wanted to see how fast my MM will run:burnout: (officially). Unfortunately, work has kept my weekends busy for quite a while now and it looks like that will continue for the next couple as well :cool4: .

When I woke up this morning, Robin had a "Honey Do" list taped to my head :help: .

I was really hoping to play this weekend, but the boss says next time :nono: .
