i saw some tail llight covers on a marauder i was wonderinng where they came from or if anyone had some and if anyone knew where to get them i have a bllack 04 marauder

They were probably painted S-55 style, and were not covers.

They would've been painted. Some people have it done, others do it themselves with spray paint.

Not really my thing .but if i were to do this i would only do the reverse lights..

I have seen those on crown vics...they look ok...something to make your car stand out a lil...

It was done by a body shop using oem Silver Birch.

I put niteshades on mine to black the entire light out....there are pics on my cardomain page if you want to see what it looks like...

mine are all black. transparent black painted for $100 i think. had em on for 3 years no probs with cops etc.

Just be careful. Looks like you gotta have steady hands to do it. fastblackmerc, looks really good! Nice Corvair and T-Bird SC too.

Yep, it's all in the prep work!
Use good quality masking tape.
More thin coats work better than less heavy coats.
Finish w/clear coat.

definitly all in the prep work. spraying is the easyst part.

Hold on...since I am riding black...what about using tint:cool:...its a guy up the street from me who tinted his headlights...it looked sexy to me! :D

Just send me your taillights.

I can also add 2 more light sockets per side. You'll have to splice into the existing wiring.
