View Full Version : Sway Bar Questions

I purchased Addco front and rear sway bars from Dennis. The front bar came yesterday. I have an open window this weekend for installation.

1) Any problems with handling I could encounter with installation of just the front bar without the rear?

2) Any tips for installation? Must reuse the connectors?

3) I read about lubricant for the bushings. Not listed in the directions for install. What kind, if any, and availability at Pep Boys, Advance Auto Parts, etc.

This has probably been covered in detail but searching for “sway bar” will give me too much reading material. I know someone in Marauderville can answer these questions faster than I could search for them. If tehre is a blow-up of the front suspension area of the marauder that someone could post or point me to, that would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll need to use synthetic lube because of the bushing material.
