Im going on Saturday. Cool weather = low ETs, should be interesting. Hope the parking isnt a mudhole like it was when I went a couple of years ago.

Na, the pits are all paved. Rain is the only enemy. You'll love it. My best at Ennis is 13.02 at 106. Good track.

Great for the racer, but this is a National Event so the spectators get the grass next to the road.Rain+Grass+25,000 cars = MUD!

I think I was there that year, the 4-wheelers were showing off and pitching mud everywhere with their cleats. I ended up with mud on the roof of my car. But, it didn't really hurt anything, it washed right off.
Anyway, on the this side of the Metorplex it didn't rain enough to make mud.
I'll be there.

Got back from the track earlier today, need to remember to bring sunblock next time! Anyway, the parking was just fine this year; dry, very organized and free. The drags were great and it sure was fun walking thru the pits. Perfect weather.
