It's an event at u.s. 41 like real street drags. No time clocks, no real rules and anything goes. Well heres my story: I knew someone with a suoercharged Marauder for close to a year and he hates the car. Thinks an 11.97 is slow. Anyway we meet up and our cars look alike so we thought we'd race a few with my car (basically stock) and then his. (20 grand under the hood.) Well I was challenged by a Lexus sedan something 400. I didn't have much knowledge of these cars so I thought it would be close. Well it was close, I lost by one car fender. The next race I got the hit and really killed him outta the box then he won by 2 car lengths.... hmmmm he must have something, but claimed the car was stock. :bs: Anyway I got a hold of the 11 second Merc and I had a bad poker face so the guy knew it had a blower. He got a 5 car length head start and the hit. The rules kept changing and neatless to say no one won the final race and I never got my money back that I lost to him. The owner of the other Merc said he found out that the guy in the Lexus had spray and we'll get revenge next weekend. Can't wait! :banana2:
