OK, I've done the "street" version of suspension improvements, now I need advice MM.net-wide for the track. I'll need part descriptions, prices, who to contact, etc. I am on the East Coast in Baltimore. Any trick set-ups I'd like to hear about. Wheels and tires will be new and purchase from Tire Rack for the One Lap. I'll work on the 'Ship over the winter. 2004 Black, born 11/03.
Thanks brothers!

I think the Naake QA-1 setup is the prefered shock/coil over for our car. WESMAN has this setup and probably has the most track time with an MM.
Here is a thread that shows some of his adventures!

You should check out some autocross forums.

You should consider a big brake kit. Ease of pad change and being able to take the heat alone will make the investment worth the expense.

Get the dual adjustable QA1 shocks from NAAKE. They make a huge difference over the single adjustable ones. They cost quite a bit more but you can tune better for the track. I've have them on all four corners for about 2 months now.

I think Marty has them too but I don't think he has taken it to a road course yet.
The kit for the Marauder has the rear single adjustable shocks. But I am pretty sure you can get the duals for the rear too.
The CrownVic forum had a Panther go to the 2005 One Lap.

They used 18x9's with 275's all around if I recall correctly. The wheels were BBS and weighed at about 25lbs. each. I think they did fairly well on the skid pad too. They used Tokico shocks though because they were sponsoring them.
