For those of you that have the Metco control arms installed, what type of grease do you use and how often do you lube the bushings? Thanks in advance.

i would use some standard axle or bearing grease.it will be fine in that setup.i have used that grease on all of my mustangs and i have been under severak marauders and used the same thing.
depending on your climate i would look at greasing all joints once maybe twice a year.

I believe that Metco specifically calls for synthetic grease.

Metco says sync. grease because reg. oil base grease will
eat away at the poly. bushings.

I'm using marine grade synthetic lube. Got it at the boat supply.
