Where can I find a list of all the keypad codes and functions? Or could we get a sticky made with all of the ones that are known? Im trying to find the one that was mentioned in the thread in the garage about the auto lock down.
I have seen these from other threads:
Personal code + 3-4 = unlocking of all doors
Personal code + 5-6 = poping the trunk
Pressing at the same time 7-8 + 9-0 = lock of all doors even if keys are in the ignition.
Personal code + holding 7-8 + pressing 3-4 + then releasing 7-8 = Activate Auto-Lock

Edit: Found the one I was looking for and now my auto-lock works.

Using this thread (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=14446) they just left out there is one screw that you have to take out that is on the left side of the door panel. Its on the module. Not too hard really. Just take your time with the plastic pieces.

Yes. It is on or near the left trunk hinge.

People have told me this, too, but I have yet to find it. Luckily I got a hold of the previous owner (I bought from the dealership he traded it in to, but there were service records in the car with his address). And he still had it and sent it to me.

I would imagine it is in the owners manual.

Reprogram a new number? I chose the wifes b-day
1+Origonal code +1 new code(5 digits not all the same)+1= both codes will work

Found my keycode in 2 places without taking apart anything. Spot #1: open the trunk, look at the outboard side of the left hinge, white label with 5 digits on it. Spot #2, open the drivers door, look at the base of the A pillar (where the door, hood & fender meet), you should see the same 5 digit code on a white label. I've removed both of these lables. At a car show I have the trunk & doors open and if someone knows what they are looking at........

If you have to take it to the dealer for service, etc. they can read it through the service port. (If you don't want to check on the module)

I often wondered why Ford put the code sticker on the outer edge of the left trunk hinge?? :argue: Anyone passing you in a parking lot could read it if you have the trunk open!! :mad2:

I removed mine and put it in the glove box beside my locking lugnut code...Makes way more sense from a security point of view!!

(Going off-topic) Hello fellow Tally owner. You wouldn't happen to be the other one at FSU?

Nope not today, I mostly park by the stadium. Was it the guy with black rims? All I have done to my MM is tinting. Looks like there might be 3 or 4 of us at FSU now. This car is getting too mainstream, I think I'll have to sell :bigcry:
