I hope this is not a repost. I searched and couldn't find anything.
Does anyone know where the light on the dash is to remind you that the cruise is on? I don't have one.

Yup, there isn't one. I found this rather odd in my CV when I tried the cruise for the first time. I thought it wasn't working when I turned it on and no light in the gauges lit up. My Taurus had a cruise light though.

That's correct there is no light for the cruise control on the Marauder. :(

No light to indicate "Cruise" on the MM. Found it a little strange at first, but used to it now.

Only the digital dash in both of my 1992 GMs had a cruise light.

While I've personally never had one out &/or apart ...
I was told there really wasn't any room left in the cluster to put one.

There is a cruise control indicator in our gauge panel, it's next to the OD Off indicator, but blacked out from behind. The're a socket for a lamp in the PCB as well, but I have no idea why this feature was not implemented. I'm not sure sticking a bulb in place would make it work.
Come to think of it, there are a number of blank squares in the gauge panel, suggesting useful locations for mounting accessory LEDs. Taking the gauge panel out isn't a serious project, and all is quite accessible. Just be patient with the plastic, it's not all that durable. The only sealed unit, is the speedo. Hope this helps.
