I still have My moms CRV from the other day with the Dogone incident.
I am getting all her Maintenence done in the mean time. The Marauder is parked in her driveway.
I called her to let her know the status of me, Hijacking her car.
I just said what time to meet us for my sons' final football game.
I was teasing her about letting the Marauder warm up before she flogs it back to our house this evening.
She laughed and said"When I went outside this morning, to walk "Puggers",
All the Grounds keepers were eyeballing your car!"
When they saw me they had very puzzled look(s) on thir faces, and they kept looking back at the car and looking at me again."

When are people going to give up the idea that just because there is snow on the roof, there is no lead in the foot ? --:banana2: --I hope she smoked them when she left her house for yours :burnout: Did you ever ask your Mom how fast she had ever driven ?--you might be surprised ;) My wife used to drive her Studebaker at 100+ on numerous occasions---she is now a 78 year old Great-Grand Mother and hasn't driven since the '60s--you just never know. Tell her 'Hi" for us--and take her out sometime and let her feel the power---- Maury and Ginny

Hi Maury, Pop POp
I just told her to warm the car up before she boosted it.Also, I added the "stole it" phrase
Later that day, I asked her if she did and she replied, "No!, In fact, I looked at how fast I was going, and I was 10 under."
Your car seems fast, going slow!"
I laughed and replied," Might have something to do with the exhaust note!"
I know she went several decades with no tickets, Since she got the CRV I know of at least two.
I asked her how fast she drove on many of her trips and she said "80-90 when she hit the open road"
I have hit WOT with Mom in the car but she thinks I'm just showing off!:D
I am going to Lite 'em up someday and do a smoke show for her.
