I was in D.C. last night and came to my car to find the door locked ripped out. I open the car the ignition is gone. I pop the trunk my subs and amps are gone. They took everything and it was on a well lit street in front of a building with security guards. :(

Sorry to hear about your loss. I know that I would be really pi$$ed off if I came back to my Marauder in that condition. However, you still have the car and are ok. You can replace the sub and speakers much easier than the car. Then again, having to replace anything because of some good for nothing piece of ***** would keep me from sleeping well for at least a couple of nights.

This brings up something that bothers me. How many of you have seen a crime going on in front of you have not done anything? How many times have you seen something suspicious and done nothing?
Crimes can happen in broad daylight because nobody wants to get involved. I've confronted punks in my neighborhood and even risked trouble because it's my neighborhood dammit and I'm not letting the punks win.
If you've ever walked past a crime in progress you've given up any right to be outraged when a crime happens to you.

The worst part is they usually do more damage than the stuff they
stole is worth.:censor:
I have been aware of situations where the S/guards where actually the
culprits. don't put much faith in S/guards ours are usually sleeping..
You have to raise hell outside to get them up or set of the alarm..Thats more
fun..
Interrupting a crime in progress can be very dangerous..having punks pulling
knives etc.been there!.usually recording information Ie pictures/video writing down l/plates is a safer option..

What area was it in? I work in S.E. and at night gunshots are a norm to me. Sorry about your loss. I just bought an alarm/remote start for when I ship my merc back up there from TX.

Ones in suits are harder to convict ;)
