Hi, I'm thinking about getting a Marauder before the current rebate expires. Obviously paint needs to be looked at. What else? There was mention of later "decontented" cars which confuses me, because I thought the later production cars are being built w/ traction control and heated seats. Did something else get deleted? Have only seen blue in the gallery pics here. Anyone seen a blue car w/ dark gray interior? Thanks for your help!

Best to do a search for words "decontent" "Clock" "fuel door"
You'll get all the stories.

Most of the blue cars seem to have the light interior. Ther was on on eBay recent;y by a dealer that had the Dark interior. It can be ordered either way.

There are some pic's in the gallery of the blue MM with dark grey interior. TC, heated seats, trunk organizer and changer are still "options", I believe. To get the best deal, you are best off to see what dealers have on the lot and which options are installed. Any combinations are possible.

The window sticker will tell you the model (300A or 300B), the A being the "older" one, but generally has a full size spare but no TC available.

Spoiler and sunroof/moonroof are dealer installed and might be good points of negotiations, if they don't/can't lower the price.

The lowest purchase price I have seen (without auto show discounts) on this forum, was around $28 - 29k after rebate.

Some paid less ($26 - 27k), but that was only a certain dealer with special discounts.

I'm sure others will list more and like RC said !

Good luck and welcome.

Thanks guys! I'll now look for the "A" or "B". A full size spare is nice, and traction control might not be all that important down here where it doesn't snow much. I have a feeling a lot of the cars around here are early production A's. Plus, I'd be keeping a Marauder in the garage if it snowed and drive something else! The local dealer sold his early A MM Saturday, so we'll see what he comes up with.
