Who makes a flip chip, if anyone, for our cars? Some days I feel like driving slow and smooth, some days exactly the opposite. I've had my Predator uninstalled now for awhile, or atleast it seems that way, and although the transmission is really playing around with the gears and the T/C, it is undeniably smooth. This type of shifting program works best with 93.9 The Lite FM for you chicagoans :D But how about the program to cover 95.1 Will Rock FM?

Is there a best of both worlds option NOW? According to the search, there was, but I have not seen to much attention to it lately.

I have an SCT Eliminator Switch Chip. It has 4 available positions for whatever I want. I have a tune for 93 (regular highway / road trip driving) and then when I go to the track, I flip to my race tune program for 100 octane. I can certianly tell the difference from one tune, to another. Lidio set me up with both tunes, and the switch chip last year when I did my gear change. I love it, and have had absolutely ZERO problems with anything. I have 2 more positions to fill, but I have not decided yet. I was thinking of possibly a tune for NOS on 100 octane, and maybe a valet tune? I like the fact that it's so versatile. Thats a big plus for me. Hope this helps.

Most of the guys here with a blower have the switch chip SCT setup that Lidio does. Like Mat said, it gives you 4 separate chip modes to choose from. I dont recall what Lid charges for the switch and chip. Give him a ring monday, 586-463-0010.

The xcal2, just like the Diablosport Predator, is a handheld tuner. The flip chip is a physical "chip" that is installed rather than a programmer that you can install/modify the tune yourself.
