She sure looks great, too. I had taken the replacement Auto Meter D-PIC gauge over to them and needed to get my XM radio ID off the Commander. She was out behind the service department, freshly detailed. I had been told somebody at the dealership was buying her, so maybe they were gettng ready for delivery, but I do know what they had priced her for retail sale... $23,200. Granted, that's a figure the opens negotiations, but somebody's gonna wind up with a great car at any rate.

This reminds me back when there were rumours of a mid-04 factory option for a supercharged Marauder. The hot rumour on the SSR boards is (from persons claiming to have already put in a deposit) is that the '07 SSR will get the 7.0L ZO6 Corvette engine as an option. 505 horses.

An old friend of mine has the Yellow SSR Convertible with the Tonneau cover.
He says that there is a very limited number of them made.

I showed him my Marauder, and he was like...
"Damn, I wish I knew about that when I was buying this !" :)
