I am the new proud owner of a 2004 silver birch Marauder. I have been quiet on this forum until now, as I didn't have the car yet. But by reading many posts here it made me a much more informed buyer and solidified my determination to buy one of these fine cars.
I am certainly not disappointed with my purchase and look forward to getting more involved in the forum.
Now my request:
The only things my car did not come with is the code for the keyless entry and the maintainence booklet as part of the owners manual. Does anyone know how to obtain the code? And can someone copy the first few pages of the maintainence booklet in a pdf and send it to me? Up to 30k will do, as my car has only 18k on it right now. That will buy me time to find my own copy on ebay or something.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jim

I have duplicates of all the guides. Let me know if you'd like to buy them. This includes Marauder Owners' Manual as well as Maint Guide.

Any dealer can get the code from your computer. If you bought it from a dealer, go back and ask them to pull the code.

Thanks for all the replies, kind words and advice.

Bob only had a 2003 booklet, so I just ordered one from Helms. (Thanks anyway Bob)
As far as the keyless entry code, I still haven't been able to locate it anywhere everyone suggested. I bought the car from a private owner who didn't know the code He told me the dealer wanted 200 bucks to look it up. The convenience is not worth it, so I guess I'll keep looking. Any additional input is appreciated.
Thanks, Jim

The price the dealer wants is ridiculous. It takes less than 5 minutes to pull the code. Find another dealer who will work with you because he wants your service business. Dennis Reinhart in the Jacksonville area may have some suggestions. He is at:

www.reinhartautomotive.com

Dennis is a sponsoring vendor of this site as well.
