I have noticed lately a pop/creak in what seems like the suspension at the front of the car. It happens when I'm manuvering at low speeds like parking or just driving in a low speed area. It also happens sometimes when braking at a low speed. I made a video clip so you all can hear it because it will probably be a little more helpfull. Here is the clip (http://filebox.vt.edu/users/jeffreyk/Suspension.wmv).

Check the hood alignment bumpers - had to keep adjusting mine 'till I put blue loctite on 'em. When they back down the hood moves around and squeeks & groans a little.

Its not that because I recently adjusted that for the squeak it causes.

almost sounds like a click not squeaking, maybe it's a spring loose, whatever it is I hope you get it resolved and let us know, good luck

WOW That is Loud and Annoying!

My front Sway bar end Links hit my brake Caliper and made a similar sound when turning the wheel Lock to lock.
Check that and check all your bushings, sounds like something is sticking then popping under pressure.
Hope its minor!

I had the SAME problem, I brought it to the dealer and they told me

we had a TSB on our "Front Struts" (there words) They replaced them under

warranty. There is a slight click every once and a while, but not nearly as bad.

Front links (whatever they are) Part number 5W1Z-5K484-A (2). Take it in and make sure they hear it before dropping the car off, or they'll never find it.
Don't ask me how I know.

Update:
Well I took it to the dealer and they told me the Left Shock Absorber and Insulator need to be replaced. I also had a problem with the driver side window hesitating or stopping when going up, but smooth when going down. They told me I need the window switch replaced. So I just paid for the diagnostics and left.

<!-- / message --><!-- sig --> So I guess I will replace the shocks together, who makes some good yet fairly inexpensive shocks that are better than oem?

I Had The Exact Same Problem With My 2003 Marauder. My Nephew Listened To It While I Slowly Moved The Car Forward Then Back. He Determined That The Popping And Creaking Were Coming From The Shock Insulator On The Drivers Side. We Removed The Top Bolt On The Shock, Then Removed The Big Rubber Insulator. He Lubricated It Well, Put It Back And Tightened The Shock Bolt And The Pop/creak Was Gone. I Have Been Driving It For 5 Days So Far And It Has Not Come Back Yet.
