Congrats on the Trilogy. You will not be sorry! I'll admit.. the cost is up there. But everytime I start to say to myself "Should I have done that?" All I have to do is take the MM out for a spin and then I have my answer!

I added you the the list.

Enjoy

Thanks guys for the postive comments. I am glad to be part of the Trilogy family. It took alot of begging to my wife but she fianlly agreed. I can't wait to start installing it.

You know who to call or PM for any questions or advice... Our southern Florida brothers, Tallboy and Carfixer. Great mechanics and great human beings! Have fun and enjoy the ride. Now you can tell your wife that you will go to the store for milk, bread, diapers, etc, and it will take you 1/10 the time it used to! A win/win in my book! Welcome to the club!

I think that the engines in the pt boats were supercharged? The engines used in PT boats were V12 Packards, 41L...yes, you read that right...41 Litres...with anywhere from 1200 to 1500 HP, depending on year. And yes, they were supercharged...with a centrifugal blower...sorry Trilogy owners, no Roots on these babys!

LOL...and that's why the guys in the field often changed the gear ratio powering the supercharger so they could get into the boost lower in the rpm band
