Hey all,

Just bought my Kooks exhaust.....finally......and I wanted to get my headers powder or ceramic coated. I want to stay semi-local for the services. Anybody know of anybody credible in or near to the Treasure Coast? Thanx in advance!!!!! :D

Ceramic coating... Powder coating will burn off.

I really don't know the pricing. Maybe someone of the other guys can key in on this one. I also sent you another e-mail address & the address of the place in Davie Fl.

Actually there is new powder coatings out there that will not burn off. Had my son's '99 Camaro's headers high temp powder coated in silver, they were also polished to a near-mirror finish. That was over 2 years ago and they still look great.

Called the guy and asked about the ceramic coating. He quoted me 210-250 for the headers. Is this good?

The long tube's for my son's '99 Camaro were alittle over $300.00. That included media blasting and polishing the finish.
