I want to say a big "Thank You" to Dennis Reinhart. He helped me out big time when I was having a problem getting my NYS Inspection sticker. I called Dennis and he immediately sent me an updated file for my microtuner. There was still an issue so Dennis, on his dime, conferenced the technician with SCT and everything was resolved. Without Dennis' help, determination and quick response this could have turned into a nightmare for me. I wish there were more vendors that stand behind their product and customers, and go above and beyond when called on. Even though all my dealings with Dennis have been by phone, he never fails to come to the rescue. He has my vote of confidence and I will not hestitate from buying anything from him because I know he'll be there if there's any problem. Once again, thanks Dennis for your prompt attention!

I SECOND THAT.I had purchased a Xcal 2 from Dennis last Wed and it was in my hot little hands by Fri. I went straight home and installed the tune but I had a problem with my ABS and brake warning lights (most likely something I did during the tuning process). So I called Dennis around 5pm central time, not realizing it was after 6pm at his shop, and without hesitation he helped me to diagnos the problem and just how to fix it. It was determined that the tuner needed to be reflashed with the Premium fuel tune. He told me the software I needed to download were to find it.Dennis even took the time to help me get the software loaded on my computer and the tuner reflashed, all over the phone. This guy is great and I'm looking forward to future purchases.

Thanks to both of you, I owe a lot of this to Debbie, she is able to handle the calls and it gives me more time to spend with the customers, its not always been this way, but we try and do the best we can, SCT is now working on a program to allow there dealers to turn on user options remotley, for those customers that did not get that initialy, as soon as its available I will let you know, I am trying to make the shoot out but I will have to see what the work load is towards the end of the week.
