Florida brethren: I'm invading your space over the Thanksgiving holiday. Are y'all having any get togethers anywhere near the Orlando area then? I'm going to arrive on the Sat before Thanksgiving, and leave on the Fri or Sat after Thanksgiving. We've rented a house somewhere in Orlando with the whole family, and will be doing the DisneyWorld, Animal Planetwhateveritis, and some of the other theme parks too.

Since it's the big family vacation, I'll be bringing the family truckster instead of the MM. That's sad for two reasons. First, I'd rather be driving the MM, but 1000 miles with crumbsnatchers in the Marauder doesn't do anything to keep the car clean. Second, I'd rather be spending the Disney money on a trip to Dennis'!!

If anyone is in the area, I'd love to say "hello" while we're down there, and if you have any suggestions on what to do, I'd love to hear those too. Right now, our big debate is whether to do 2 or 3 days of theme parks, and which ones to do. Kids are 3 and 7, so we're definetely doing Disneyworld and the Animal one, but not sure about the third. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Well, I made the trip down to Orlando for the holiday. I took the wife's Durango, and it's a great ride, but I sure would've rather been in the Marauder.

I did spot 3 Marauders on the trip, all were in FL and all were on the way back. As I was leaving Orlando Friday getting back on I4 at the outlet mall, there was a black one ahead of me. I caught up to it, and my apologies to you if it was anyone here, but wife mentioned it as I was thinking it. The couple driving it did look like the typical couple that trades their GM in every two years, and said "Ooh, I'll take the pretty black one with the shiney wheels."

The other two were on I75 near Gainesville. One was a silver northbound taking a Gainesville exit. The other was the coolest. It was a black FHP sitting on the shoulder with its lights flashing.

Sorry I didn't get to meet any of you FL guys while I was down there.
