So, I was wondering if people could post up pictures of their motors with aftermarket coil covers on them. I have seen the ones on the Innovative Interceptors site and heard about the GT ones (but have not seen pictures). Just wondering if there are other options and would like to see pictures of them on motors.
Especially on the '04's that have silver valve covers instead of black.

BTW, the guy on ebay who did custom covers is no longer doing them. I think he's in Florida (I may be wrong). His email address is coilcovers@yahoo.com. Anyway, I contacted him with my idea and he told me his CNCs were struck by lightning and he didn't really have the money to fix them.

I have Mac's hand-me-downs. Simply polished and a perfect match for my polished upper intake. Click da pic for a closeup. No that's not a scratch on the cover; its a reflection. :D

I hear ya ... those un-finished covers on our 04's are pretty fugly if ya' ask me.
I'd settle for just some standard black cam covers the 03 had. Those with the plates(?) Wes sells would suffice for me.

I want with the GT covers, painted black because they better matched my underhood theme.
I will post up pics this weekend.

Mine are ribbed aluminum with "4.6 L 32 valve" lettering, came from KarKraft but I don't believe they make them any more.

Daniel did my covers as well. He does GREAT work. He also makes a great oil cap cover to match.

Eric: Here is a picture. The plastic is a protective wrap to protect the bling.
On the set I have for sale the Ford is painted black (professionally) to match the engine compartment.

Marty, those are the same ones I have. With the brass thumbscrews I got from Wes they look very nice. But after a few thousand miles and a couple of trips to dusty Arizona, they don't look that clean.
They do add a nice touch to the engine bay.

What do the stock GT coil covers look like if these are custom painted? Are they just plain?

Over on mm.org someone made a post about a company doing Marauder aftermarket engine parts like this too. The company has coil covers, oil cap covers, and button cap covers (thumbscrew covers).
