I am just wondering what people are using for electronic cleaner to clean the MAF burnoff wire? I want to do a filter cleaning, MAF and TB cleaning before winter hits.
I went to Radio Shack and at first the guy wanted to sell me a can of compressed air. They he showed me an electronic cleaner with a stiff little brush on the end of the discharge tube and it says to use that to apply and clean.
So, looking for input on which cleaner to get and good sources to get it from. And it is suggested to just use some carb cleaner for the TB, right?

There is a coating on the TB which prevents gunk from building up on it. You will need to a cleaner safe for TBs. Otherwise, anything any more aggressive and you'll take the coating off and be stuck cleaning it periodically. Personally, I wouldn't clean it or MAF unless you see something on it or its acting up. Cleaning could do more damage than good.

^^^what Warpath said^^^
You need to use a cleaner specifically made for coated throttle bodies.
For the MAF, use any electrical contact cleaner that doesn't leave a residue.

What RF & Warpath said, only, go to your Ford Parts counter, and get the product specifically designed to do the job.

Radio Shack #64-4345 Precision Electronics Cleaner
Throw the stiff brush away and just spray and dry...
This stuff cleans away dirt and oxidation.
Safe on most plastics.
Leaves NO RESIDUE.

I use CRC QD Electronic Parts Cleaner on my F-150 and have had no issues.

What he said for the Airflow Meter. That's what the pros use.
