A real Red White and Blue company

While in a prior post we heard of another company firing an employee who was called to service it seams Sears not only keeps their jobs availible (as required by law) but also makes up the difference in pay! The armed services still do not pay wartime soldiers anywhere near enough. But Sears appears to be going above and beyond the call to help its people. In my humble opinion we should all give Sears a thumbs up.:up:

In our on-going efforts to support the men and women who protect and serve our Country, Comcast grants leave of absence to any regular full or part-time employee called to military service, reserve duty or training. In addition, Comcast will supplement military leave pay for a period of up to one year and will also continue healthcare and other benefits as provided under State and Federal law.
