I might be looking for someone to drive an 04 MM from Detroit to Texas. I purchased one and the transport company is ****ing me around on getting it scheduled to pickup and deliver. They've had my money since 10/21 and still have not scheduled it to be picked up. I couldn't offer a lot of money to do it, expenses, a steak dinner when you get here, return ticket home and a couple of Bens. Might I find a taker???

HELL YES!!! I did the reverse of that trip a year ago when I picked up my MM # 2 at NPLM in San Antonio. The Texas Rangers would like another shot at me-just kidding. FYI I left Dallas at 9:00am on Friday and was PAST Chicago before day was done. :)

And if HDWRENCH is not able, I'm only two hours up the road from you in Lufkin. I'd drive you up in my Marauder, and we can race'em back!!!
When I bought mine almost two years ago, I went about 800 miles to pick it up and drove it back. It's a great way to get to know the car.

Thanks for the offers! My wife and I have decided to fly to Detroit and drive the MM home. I hope it's not snowing when we get there...
