What's all this 'riding on rails' jazz? Are ya saying the handling is good. I'm just curious. Also, would I be getting rid of air bags or what?

Feels flat and smooth through turns at high speed. Little to no body roll or lean. Lean is that feeling like you need to prop yourself against the door with your elbow when taking a right-hand hairpin turn at 15 over the posted limit. What you lose is that mushy suspension that makes it feel like a big luxo-barge. Makes it feel tighter like a smaller sports car.

I have the Zack & Mac control arms, but the effect is the same...awesome!
And, NO!...you should NOT get rid of the air bags...there's nothing wrong with them, other than the silly pump groaning away every time I slide my ample rear into the driver's seat... :shake:

'Rail' is a bit of an exaggeration. I have the Metco controls arms and Watts Link and the uprated anti-sway bar and I would call it 'taut' or maybe even 'tight' but it is no rail.
The ride is comfortable and compliant. It just sticks better, rolls a lot less, and I have less wheel hop in rough corners.
I had a Mustang GT as my former ride and it would rattle your fillings and bruise your kidneys in comparison. Very 'rail-ish'.
I really like the upgrade because I don't think I lost any good qualities about the ride while greatly minimizing a lot of the stuff that was undesirable.
Control arms are one of those mods I can't recall reading anyone complaining about after they did it.

I second the motion, having the same mods, I feel no loss in ride quality, while it is certainly tighter.
