With my current mods I'm at 281 RWHP. Looking to add a Lightning throttle body, Ford Racing Headers, X pipe, high flow cats, and Magnaflows. What are your ideas on mods (no SC yet) to get to 300+ RWHP?

Looks like based on your list that you need exhaust mods to get over the top.
Here's what put me over 300 RWHP (303 last dyno):
PI 3000 Stallion Torque Converter
Custom Tune by Reinhart Automotive/SCT Max MicroTuner
Denso Iridium IT-20 Spark Plugs
PHP Intake Spacer
180 degree Thermostat
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
Kooks Custom Stainless Steel Headers
Kooks Custom Stainless Steel X-Pipe
MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Performance Catalytic Converters
18" MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Mufflers
JLT Ram Air Intake
Meziere Electric Water Pump
Kinsler High-Flow Fuel Filter w/Steel Braided Lines
Plasma Booster Ignition Coil Amplifier
Recently added the following and would be pleasantly surprised if they added another 5 HP, but not counting on it.
Granatelli Performance Coil On Plug Connectors
BBK Twin 65mm Throttle Body
CRUZTAKER

And Underdrive Pullies.
I did not fuss with the MAF nor throttle body.
I also did not have the CAI at the time of exceding the 300 rwhp goal.

I consider Cruztaker the authority in N/A power and his advise has a proven track record of success.
I tried to get to 300 rwhp and failed (made it to 290) but I have a link where perhaps you may find some info of value to you. http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=14375
If you find it boring skip to post #25, this is where I lay out all documented info. Good luck.:)

Well you can see my mods and where my HP is at. Looks like Headers are the only Mod that would get me within striking distance of the 300hp mark.
Is the Electric Water pump a big help to get to the 300HP range??

No... If you want to go the expensive route, you can get a Paul High Performance ported intake manifold and go to Fox Lakes Racing for ported heads. It will cost you a lot, but you'd definietely make 300 hp at the wheels.

In case you don't know, from the throttle body to the mass air meter, not including the rubber tube, these ARE Lightning parts, so, putting another throttle body on will not do a thing for you. Your best bet would be to put a single blade T.B. on your Marauder. Along with that , you could try the later model 90mm Lightning mass air meter, of course it would have to be calibrated to your car but it would retain the untouched--- factory--- look.:burnout:

For the price you can't go wrong. Makes the throttle more reponsive IMHO, do a search, it's been covered.

Am looking to do the single blade TB. Didn't knoiw about the 90mm mass air meter. Will get one of those also. So it looks like:
Intake spacer
90MM mass air meter
Single blade TB
Dyno tune

From my experience, With the PHP airbox installed, I put in the PHP spacer and the car Bogged at WOT. After Dyno tuning, Its cured the Bog and the spacer gave me about 3 RWHP
