I have the cance to purchase every part that comse off of a 03 cobra for the blower combo that comes stock. The owner is going to a turbo. What all else will I need to install this in my marauder? Is it basically the same as a trilogy blower?

Hmmm is a Crown Vic basically the same as a Marauder? yes but not exactly. Some things are not going to fit. Number one, the blower neck is custom for the trilogy, the accesory brackets, custom, did I mention the intake? Custom.

Literally your better off goign with the Trilogy kit, it will cost you less, and be less of a headache. If you cna try to sell the Cobra blower and parts. Mayeb soemone with a GT stang can use it.

The FEAD is different, as is the lower intake. If you got a REALLY sweet deal on the Cobra parts, it *might* be a good project if you are very handy at fabrication or know someone who is. The other problem is that you would basically have an orphan...or perhaps "mutant" would be a better word. If anything went wrong with it, you'd pretty much be on your own. Ditto for the tuning. Go into chat tomorrow night and talk to "Effster" if he's around (he frequently is); he can tell you all about building a one-off blower motor for a Marauder...

I know Jeff and seen his car. Nice job. But if I remember correctly... he said is was a MFer and that he wouldn't do it again.

Also, he has acess to the machine shop to make what ever custom parts that were needed. For the average guy, that would be verrrry expensive. Now, a complete swap from an 03/04 cobra might be better... That has been done before. There is still fabricating nescessary, but I think that would be easier..
