Thursday 12/1/05 Noon. Silver Birch. Looked totally stock. You were pulling in to Circuit City lot on Everett Mall Way & 99. I was pulling out of the adjacent Blockbuster lot. I waved but I'm not sure you saw as it had just started snowing pretty hard and visibility was low. I think you were female (long hair) but again hard to tell in the lighting. Couldn't stop and chat as I was due for a meeting.
