Heated seats

Ten degrees in Chicago today. Heated seats warm up nicely in just a minute or two. :)

But they seem to turn off after a while (10 min +/-) even though the light remains on.:(

Turn off and back on, within a minute they're toastly warm again.:)

Just curious if anyone else noticed this... some kind of theromstat, or timer or something? Or is this only my imagination?

I think it's to keep the foam from melting. My seats do the same thing. I had them on high the other day and the seats started to get that cold feeling before they got real hot again (and I do mean hot this time!).
