You can adjust,
Idle
Shift Schedule
TC Lock-up Schedule
Top speed limiter
Tire Sizes and gear ratios for speedo calibration
Engine Timing
A\F Mixture
Shift Pressures
Rev Limiter

I ws E-mailed the My SCT file made for my Car and Downloaded the SCT Customer Program from their Website.
If you do not know what you are looking at and try to lean out the engine or play with the timing, You can very well be picking up the pieces of your engine with a shovel. I only messed with the Transmission shift schedule, Shift pressures, Idle and Speed limiter.

Leave the rest to the professionals

depends who tunes it. Lidio tuned some of those peramaters and left them inaccesible thru handheld. Guess they were items that keep his tune secret and or prevent you from canceling them out.

Yes, that is one way of looking at it. For me though, it would keep me from "making it better" and then "costing me a whooole lot of money" to repair it. :o

Well the Reinhart shift set up is pretty good but I want to know how I get to turning the Traction Control off.

Push the button on the dash.

Do a search, there are other techniques but based on previous discussions the parameter isn't readily accessible.

I know on my 00 Vic, the ABS system is separate from the PCM. You can disable the engine management portion of Trac Ctrl but not the ABS portion.

I think only Mustangs can have their TC disabled completely via the PCM. It's accessible if you have the full Pro Racer Package.
