These wheels only have a 38 mm offset, so will that be an issue with our tires?

I plan on mounting some track wheels and using these on the rear.

18x9 5-114.3 38smf

97$ at Discount tire.

They would stick out a bit more. I've read that the Marauder wheels are 50 offset. So would mean those wheels would stick out about a 1/2" more than the stock wheels.

They'll fit.

I had a set of MBs from Discount earlier this year, 18X9, 35mm offset. Actually, it will give you a little more room on the inside for a wider tire.

Those rims are very similar (if not the same) as the ones on a Marauder sold just recently on ebay.

They are fine for rear. Probably front too.

What about 18-10 5-114.3 50

Will the 10" wheel with a 50 mm offset be OK?

Will the 10" wheel with a 50 mm offset be OK? Nope. with a 50mm offset, 9.5" wide is the absolute max, and even then, some times spacers are required, as is the case with the Nitto 305/45-18 drag radial.

I got these at discounttiredirect last year:

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findWheelDetail.do?wd=18&pc=59999&rw=9.5&bp=5-114.3

18 x 9.5, 45mm offset. Just about as low as an offset you'll want to go with a 9.5" wheel without flirting with fender rash. Discounttiredirect is the way to go for heat treated Nittos mounted, balanced, and shipped for free on wheels you buy from them at the same time.
