with all the white stuff here in Chicagoland I'm going to take the plunge on a set of Pirelli Scorpions and am wondering if these wheels will fit?

They will bolt up but they will stick out some. The offset is not as extreme as the 1998- 2002 CVPI steelies. From my experience, these wheels are very esay to clean.
