Are these parts to be consumed in the process or will they be in a 'returnable' state?

Consumed, never to be returned(smile)! If some one has some of these items for sale, I will pay a reasonable price for them.
Thanks

I'll check around the "crashed police car" lot and see if they'll hook me up.

Thanks everyone. The www.car-part.com was a good suggestion. I found some places close by that I can call.
I have a special little project that I am working on over the cold winter months. No big deal. Call it a Trilogy Skunk Works Project to amuse ourselves.
Oh, one other thing, if anyone sees my beautiful Black and Stainless 28' Enclosed Car Hauler Trailer, tell the thieves to return it to me. Damn!
Thanks

Is there a bonus paid if the culprit is returned after being drawn and quartered? :)

How is the trunk unique to the MM? I believe that the only difference is the interchangeable back applique. Even the crash estimate guides say it is the same as a CV. It has a '98 part #.

I was wondering where that went.....
With this parts request list I am assuming we may have to up the ante anyway to like double or nothing. :D

Agree. :2thumbs:
 Depending on the project it may be worth searching for the aluminum CVPI hood and trunk. *Though they are a tad difficult to locate given their short run.

What CVPI hood? Explain

I have an 04 CVPI. It does not have an aluminum hood or trunk.

The aluminum hood was used on previous gen crown vics. It won't fit.
I'm not sure about trunk lids, that's a new one on me.

Frankly, I don't know. And frankly, it's rather picky of you to make a point of this. But, I'm used to that, no problem.
This is the 411 from the junk yards, the trunk lids are listed seperatly, and with different prices. I imagine it's because the lids are sold as "assemblies" where trunk badge, back-up light lenses, trunk locks, electric releases and so on, remain attached to the assembly. This may also affect pricing and availability on other panels mentioned, yes? I am sure a door from a 98 CV will fit a Marauder, but attached mouldings are not compatabile.
I imagine that a body shop that uses a CV trunk lid on a Marauder may have some additional trim work to complete when mounting a Marauder badge, likewise, I imagine that some of the trunk lids from Marauders may have a spoiler attached. This adjustment is time in labor, which is not addressed by crash books, but an important detail, indeed.
However, I'm just guessing, I'm not a body man nor do I run a junk yard. I posted the 411 that came up on my search, nothing more. The search engine works on zip codes, showing what available locally, which changes along with the zip code. Make of it what you will.

Who knows about these places. I saw this in a Motor crash estmiate guide.
Either way, I wish Jerry the best getting what he needs to complete his project. I did recall seeing a MM trunk with the dealer add on spoiler at Yancy Auto in MO.

Hummm ... thought otherwise ( meaning that there was a limited run for the new generation ); but hey ... don't know for sure.

1998 for sure ( know a CrownVic member with one ).

A Trilogy'd 5.4 3V with 6 spd manual tranny in a Marauder w/ nitrous? I wouldn't have thought you'd have to replace all those body parts to make that happen Jerry, but what do I know... Ha Ha....
Sorry about your trailer, glad one of your awesome rides wasn't in there though, huh?
