I wanted to post up a link to my car on the Pro Turbo Kits website. You can also access it by clicking on the Marauder on the right side of their homepage.

I have not been vocal at all with my install and only mentioned it in passing a few times.

But to give a few details to any of those interested.....

I had one of the owners of Pro Turbo Kits fly here to install the kit. We video taped the install and that video will be made into an instructional video of sorts. The install went very well. It was slow going at times while dealing with taking the video and redoing some parts in case something didn’t go correctly like bolts didn’t line up etc….. But the install was great.

It is designed to be installed on a stock Marauder. My car already had many modifications such as a full Kooks setup, huge tranny cooler, and some other stuff. Those changes caused some time delays but if it would have been stock exhaust etc it would have been much quicker. For example, the PTK exhaust y-pipe didn’t line up with the Kooks x pipe so we had to modify the x-pipe to meet up with the PTK part.

Many pictures were taken by a professional photographer and one of my friends but I do not have those pics on cd's yet.

They created a new video on their site that includes some of my car and some of the previous video (another car) combined.

I'll be tuning the car with the Anderson Ford Motorsports 'PMS'. I have had the car running for over a month on a very safe, base tune…. I haven’t put it on a dyno yet but when I do I will post dyno graphs… The PMS has tables for fuel and timing that allow adjustment down to the 500rpm increment. It also allows a MAP sensor to hook in and you can adjust fuel and timing based on your boost level which are applied on top of the baseline fuel and timing settings. It also allows a wideband o2 to hook right in for display on the palmtop. I will be adding the wideband soon. Possibly with the remote display depending on where I find I can mount it. That remote display would be in addition to the display on the palmtop.

Sorry for the out of focus pic. I couldn’t get the camera to focus in the light Ihad available….

I also installed the eBoost2 boost controller. The controller fits inside the 2 gauge pod I already had and can control boost up to almost 3 times what the wastegate spring is set to. In my case 7 pounds with the spring I have in the wastegate right now. (the wastegate came with extra springs to go up to 17 or 18 psi). So I should be able to adjust the boost with the push of a couple buttons up as far as 20+ psi. Of course retuning is required with any boost adjustment.

The lights backlighting doesn’t match the factory gauge but it’s a small price to pay for this kind of adjustability in this package…..

I have not put in the forged short block yet so I don’t want to turn it up to high. But will post numbers when I get it tuned to a safe level for the stock short block.

The tranny is already being replaced with a fully built race trans I got from my friends at Racer Walsh. Short block components are next on the 'to buy' list along with the Ford GT heads which are already at Racer Walsh waiting for me.

So that’s it. I did not post this to get comments from the nay sayers etc…. I posted it so people who are interested in it can ask questions. So please keep the questions on track. Thanks guys/gals for looking.
