Welp I took my car into the dealer cause the stereo sounded way weird.
Just got the call back and who ever wired in the AFTERMARKET speakers they found did a piss poor job. So the good news is my deck and all OEM amp stuff is fine. I just need to do some wiring....
Can anyone point me in the right direction to an online diagram or a color code/chart?

Not much can go wrong when connecting speakers other then connecting them out of phase. This is simple to correct. The only thing you would notice is a distinct lack of clarity and seemingly no bass.
If the wiring diagram doesn't help you, pm me and I'll give the procedure...takes about 2minutes once you have access to the speaker connections.
I hope the dealer isn't giving you the runaround.

If anyone here has access to WireMagic, this would give you everything you'll ever need. And, if someone does, would they please send an '03 wiring info sheet to me, please?

Bingo. I think not only are the polarity reversed but I think the crossovers are installed wrong. IE tweeter getting all the woofer sound on one of em. :shake:

Simple fix, First disconnect the subwoofer.Remove the door panels and access the speaker connections( in your case if the speakers do indeed have outboard crossovers((I doubt that they do)) check for proper connection there also) turn the fader control on the hu to front, turn the bass up a little and insert some program material with a fair amount of bass, listen to both the right and the left simultaneously for a minute or so then reverse the polarity on only one of the speakers. Listen to the same material if the bass is enhanced and the clarity is better you are now in phase.
repeat his procedure for the rears.
Reconnect the subwoofer, if your low frequency performance is satisfactory you are good to go, if not, reverse the polarity on the sub.
It's that easy. Polarity only matters to the extent that all speakers are the same.
Hope this helps.

They do have external x-over boxes and the speakers have a design that looks identical to a dual voice coil but one input powers the woofer and the other powers the tweeter of the 2 way speakers.
They are Alpine SPR-574A's in all 4.

I looked at the specs for this model and there is no indication that they outboard crossovers are included, in the specs below they note an inline tweeter crossover.
# 140W Peak Power
# 35W RMS
# Frequency Response: 48Hz - 30kHz
# ¾" Soft Dome Tweeter with 15º Swivel Capability
# In-Line 12dB HP Crossover with Tweeter Protection
# Aluminum Coated Poly Cone
# Cast Aluminum Woofer Fram
# Great fit for most Ford and Chrysler vehicles with 5x7 applications!

I had an issue with my aftermarket speaker. Occasionaly the front drivers speaker would sound garbled. I checked the wiring twice and finaly found that the speakers in the door (infinity) were larger than the OEM speakers. This caused the cone of the speaker to hit the foam sound insulation on the door panel. I removed the foam and never had another problem. The passenger door oddly enough has plenty of clearence.
