I want to take some cyber space to thank Dennis Reinhart for his time and generosity.

I took a 2-plus hour drive to Jax on Christmas Eve - Eve to have some underdrive pulleys installed. On the way up, my engine light came on (this has happened every couple of months ever since I added headers).

After telling Dennis, he immediately went outside to take a look. I had my X-Cal with me and Dennis asked a few questions about the tune. He remembered my car and found the tune on his laptop and began to review it.

In the meantime, Arthur was installing the pulleys and Debbie was cleaning up for the holiday. Even though work was being done, everyone had a few moments to spare to talk with me and say 'Hi'.

After the pulleys were installed, Dennis took his laptop and we went to my car. There he downloaded a tune to my X-Cal then uploaded it to my MM. With the car started, Dennis watched the parameters on his laptop and made some adjustments. After several test drives and adjustments, downloads and uploads, it was done.

When it came to settle the bill, Dennis in the Christmas spirit, was very generous. My point here is good customer service goes beyond paying for what you get. With Dennis, you get more than what you pay for. You get a friendly staff and people who go above and beyond what they need to in order to help. Dennis cares if my MM runs right and made sure I was happy before I left to go home.

Dennis has always stood by his work and his word with me and I will continue to drive the 150+ miles to have him work on my MM. I may not be the fastest or have the most mods, but I am happy with what I have so far and with what Dennis has done! Nuff said.

Merry Christmas to DR, Debbie and Arthur and to all MM.net readers!

Not surprised one bit, I have always gotten from Dennis my money's worth and was treated as a friend, the guys that work for him are top notch and the addition of Debbie has allowed him to concentrate on customer service and satisfaction.

When he was manning the phone it was stressing him out and at times it showed, but he always went the extra mile for me.

My buddy Numnutz and I agree that a trip to Reinhart's is a great choice. Now, if he would just start giving out a hug once in a while...who knows..the sky is the limit!!! :D Thanks, Dennis for what you have done for me. The other Dennis:beer:
