Proud owner since June 2002.
Love this car. It had seven miles on it, now has 9,000. Still stock.
I've only seen two other rauders in Houston, any of you guys here.

Welcome Rauder. There are a few more members in the Houston area, and we have several scattered around the state. Let us know when you are ready to make a few performance mods. We can help turn your car into the beast it should have been from the factory.....for not alot of money. :D

Hey Ray,

I drive by Sams Boat everyday. I will stop by sometime.

I have not done any mods. I talked to Dennis R on the phone Monday and he made some good suggestions but I am probably going to wait until Christmas. Dont want to use my just in case layoff money on the car just yet. I am going to tint the windows though...you know the Houston sun on a black car ouch!

I got my windows tinted at a place on 249, just inside the beltway. not the new set of lights but the next set on the left when heading south. just in front of Houston Performance. They did a great job.

If you want to see how the car drives with the mods I've done, your welcome to have a drive.

Ray I would love to take a ride to see the difference. I wont be able to make it up to Sams this week. How about i email you early next week and we can finda time when we will both be at Sams?

Thanks for the offer I cant wait!

Did the tint cover the entire back window w/o a split line?

If you're willing to drive to SE houston (Webster to be exact) go to Pablo Blue. It has the best tinting and everyone pointed me there for a reason. It's damn good. At least for us SS guys, the rear window is put in as one singe sheet. No lines or anything. Third brake light? Yeah, they took out the rear deck and tinted that area as well. Nice folk, too. Cost $199 (no tax) and get an 8 year warranty. They use solar guard (i think) titanium tint. Reflective or not, your choice. Have fun

Hey Cheddar,

Thanks for the tip that is a long drive for me but I know from experience how bad a crap tint job can look. My Dad has a boat in Kemah maybe a nice day sailing while the tint is installed is in order....

Hello All,

Ray and I are going to meet at the Sams Boat (NW) between 5:30 and 6:30 on Wed April 23rd.

Sams is located at SH 249 (Tomball Parkway) and FM 1960. It is in a standalone building that borders the property of Willowbrook Mall...Hoping to get 4 or 5 MM's out there.

Let me know if you can make it and if you need more directions!
