An FTP upload would work, though!!

Upload it to the new google video section as far as I know there is no size limits I've uploaded a few there. Just have to download there uploader and its all free cause its still in beta. http://video.google.com
You may have to copy and paste that but I have seen some long videos on there after you upload it it takes about a day for them to make sure it isnt porn then you can just post the url of the video for all to see.

I got everything but that when I had to re order my manual(1st or 2nd owner decided to keep the owners manual for memories I guess).The quick refence guide refers to some video and guess this was it or part of it.
