Motor City Marauders Celebrates its 2nd Anniversay

Paul recently suggested that we celebrate the second anniversary of the Motor City Marauders being officially formed into a formal club. I can’t think of a better reason to get together and enjoy each other's company. January 18, is our anniversary, the oldest Marauder Club in the country! It has been a great two years, we have done a lot, had a lot of good times. Two years of events that were stellar; countless cruise nights at Wild Woodys, Ford Proving Grounds, Roush Museum, Fun Ford Weekends, Smackdown at Norwalk, St. Thomas Assembly Plant tours, Racing the Ford GT at Milan, turning Laps at Michigan International Speedway, Trilogy open houses, Dyno Days at Lidios, and culminating in the overwhelming success of Marauderville III at the Woodward Dream Cruise. MVIII took a little bit of our attention away from Local events, that won’t happen this year. There will be a lot of great things to do with friends and family. I think that the highlight of 2006 will again be the 3rd annual Motor City Marauders Crusin' Woodward this upcoming August.

The tentative plans call for Dinner at Capers, families welcome, on Saturday, January 21, at 6 pm. Here is hoping for another great summer.

WOW, go figure, the weather morons were wrong again, we barely got a dusting of snow, instead of the heavy 6-8 inches forcasted! It never got below freezing and by noon it was 40 and dry! Couldnt have asked for a much nicer day and evening for our get together. See you all there!
