Hello All,

As an FYI, I am a real estate investor by trade.

Last week I closed on a rehab and did pretty ok with what I cleared.

As of Tuesday I am PAYING OFF THE LOAN ON MY MARAUDER!!!!!

(And paying off all of my other consumer debt, too.)

I'm gonna be debt free and own all of my vehicles outright. I'm stoked.

And I thought I would share this bit of good news with my Brothers and Sisters here. :up:
