Does your current ECU program turn off the rear o2's?....OR
Has anyone experienced cat ineffeicent codes after the install?

Thanks

My rear O2 sensors are turned off in my chip. I do get codes for O2 sensor reading slow on driver side. I also have a air/fuel gauge hooked up to that sensor.

Call me curious. What is an air/fuel gauge and how does it work? At least what does your's display?

Thanks,

Running a AFR gauge is good, but not tapped off the primary O2 sensors. A loss of voltage may result. It's like running a second telephone line tapped off the first, both signals lose tone. Aftermarket tunes typically shut off the rear sensors, so, you can use one of them for AFR gauges, and I suggest you install a wideband sensor for better readings.

Never had a problem here.

I actually drove with the header package for quite some time before any programming changes were made without and issues.

After the Kooks install everything was fine, then one of the cats went bad, and I had it replaced by Kooks.
After that I had codes for inefficient catalyst on the drivers side.

I had Dennis turn off the test in the SCT tune and that trouble light is gone.

Hang on a second..

You have a problem witht the cats in the Kooks system. Turning off the sensors is not the answer. Kooks should make the correct repairs if the system is still under warranty.

Can you be more specific on what went bad with the original cat? Was the replacement cat the one on the drivers side that caused a code?

Thanks

Thanks to all.....I will be calling Kooks first, then maybe Dennis for an updated program.
