Want to run a couple laps on Daytona Road Course?

The Grand American Cup Race is Jan 27th. This is a Friday but if you can get off work and scrap together $77 on your credit card, it is packed full of fun.

Includes: Breakfast, 1 1/2 hours with Murray Smith talking about how to drive the 3.56 mile road course, then 2 laps in your car on the roadcourse, lunch, Q&A with the Race Grand Marshal, parking in the in-field, access to the NEXTEL FUNZONE and all the exhibits (lots of cool cars), then pit row covered seating for the Grand-Am Cup Race at 5pm. And I'm sure more. Way cool way to play hookey.

DonRowan75@hotmail.com has done this for years and is arranging a group meet in Lake Mary to go over and partake.

This will be two controlled parade laps. I hear the parade laps are not the holiday parade thing but fast enough to satisfy and put a smile on your face. I heard some guys gat a little loose and went off the course last year.

Damn the day BEFORE my Skip Barber classes..hmmm might have to jsut go and do this, $77 sounds cheap for the whole package you described.
