Half Throttle "Kill".....

Yestrday there was a ragged looking Dodge 1500 V8 Pickup to my right at about four red lights and he would blip it and blast off on green to get about a car length lead on me to the next light!!:argue: :shake:

At the last light there was about a quarter mile of open street (in town) and as he lunged ahead on green I gave it about half throttle and got to 35 MPH in about 1.2 seconds....LEAVING HIM ABOUT 6 CAR LENGTHS BACK!!:beer

I think he just wanted to hear "Da Pipes".....Well he did along with a bit of smoking rubber!!:D

BTW.....This was all done within the posted speed limit but I guess a cop would say it "Reckless Driving" if he had the chance.......Oh well.....Not an impressive "Kill" but a "Kill" never the less!!:cool4:

Hell....I guess if you have a badge, a blue light and a gun in SC you could call it anything you wanted and I guess it would stick......but I weren't speedin' occifer!!!:beer: ;)

This guy in the truck was almost like the "ricers" in old beat up four bangers that get beside me when I'm in the Cobra....revving their motors and wanting to race!!:argue: I guess everyone has a need for speed...not for me on public roadways!!:cool:
