I know what you mean by keeping your first car, Nate. My XR is my first car and I still have it. Best of luck with both of them!
Now if you want to get rid of those fugly wheels on the Vic . . . Call me! The best car I ever owned was an '85 silver CV. Had that car for twelve years. My wife drove it. Sold it to my neighbors dad and it's still going strong today. It must have a gazillion miles on it now and the paint is finally fading on the top panels. I think he's going to paint it and keep running it until . . . ?
Enjoy the new ride,
J

I second that idea! Gorilla wheel locks all around. Summit Racing has them for about $35.00 I think. Take it from me, you do not want to see your beautiful MM up on jacks in your driveway...

Welcome Nate, Im glad you put the thread of us thinking you had stolen rims on your car behind you and joined the elite
See we can all be friends!
Where do you start?
Easy.
Step 1. Keep the car garaged. No garage? Build/rent one. :)
Step 2. Get the Kooks full exhaust set up for the car. It'll cost you over a grand but the 50 ponies feel good.
Step 3. Install a power adder.
Step 4. Beef up the tranny to handle the extra power.
Step 5. Get a set of widened wheels from Lidio and a set of Nitto's.
Step 6. Go out and harass every ricer, ricer wannabe and Chevy owner you can find.
Thought oughtta cover it.
Best,
Dan
PS: I'm only on step two right now. :)

All I can say is that we are lucky to have a guy like you on this site. You are a very forgiving person and a true "car guy." Some of the best people that I have met are members here and I am sure that you will fit right in. Welcome.
